[Halld-offline] Monitoring Launch 2023-01 ver05

Hi Alex,Sean,

attached are two plots showing an example of tagger mic and hod timing.
We are still not there. I can fix the microscope offsets easily and will do,
however, I am somewhat worried about the tagger hodoscope where you can see
that for example all counters 32 and below have a wired shape. There is 
a main peak and then
a shoulder to the left. that should not be there and can not be fixed with a
simple offset parameter. There is something else going on, maybe walk 
correction???

So, some stuff to do before we can go for another launch.
