[Halld-offline] status of bggen simulations for 2020 data

Hi all,

This is mostly relevant for people working on efficiency studies at
the moment, but let me note that Peter had started some large scale
bggen simulations for the 2020 data as documented here:
https://halldweb.jlab.org/wiki-private/index.php/2019-11_bggen

The availability of these files has been limited due to the current
MCWrapper backup which is being steadily worked on (thanks Thomas!),
but until the files reach the cache disk, you can find them on the
work disk in the following location:

/work/halld/gluex_simulations/REQUESTED_MC/2019-11_bggen_batch0*/hddm
