[Halld-offline] [EXTERNAL] where is -lECAL?

Hello all,

I just tried to check out the master branch of halld_sim and build it with
"scons install" and it failed with the error that library -lECAL is not
found. I have the current master of halld_recon installed and built
successfully. Is there a new repo, e.g. halld_ ecal, that I need to clone
and install to get this ECAL library? Master should build with master,
right?
