[Halld-offline] [EXTERNAL] where is -lECAL?

Hi,

Ecal libs are in the master branch.
I will submit libs for the ecal geant4
either today or tomorrow; I can run geant
for ecal, just want to check.

I did not see this problem when I updated hdds, halld_recon and
halld_sim to the current master and successfully recompiled everything.
Only hdgeant4 starts complaining, see my latest halld_recon issue #806.
