[Halld-offline] Monitoring Launch 2022-08 ver13: PrimeX

Dear Colleagues,

We just completed a new monitoring launch for the 2022-08 PrimeX data 
set. For the 1128 runs selected with the RCDB query 
"@is_primex_production and status!=0", we processed 5 evenly-spaced 
files throughout the duration of each run.

The usual monitoring plots can be found on the web pages:

The merged histogram files can be found on the work disk at:

The REST files, random trigger skims and several trees are saved on cache:
/cache/halld/offline_monitoring/RunPeriod-2022-08/ver13/REST/
