[Halld-offline] jput/jget failure

Dear Colleagues,

Due to an unfortunate series of events following a lustre mount problem 
during the time between May 22 and 25, we lost about 100k files on 
/cache before they were saved to tape. 80% of the lost files were 
generated during the latest monitoring launch on CPP data (2022-05 
ver27). Unfortunately, 10% of the files come from various MCWrapper 
projects. The full list of lost files is saved here:

/work/halld/home/gxproj5/halld-lost

Please check your samples for any losses and regenerate them if needed. 
The bug was fixed and this should not happen again.
