[Halld-offline] PrimEx Reconstruction Launch: 2022-08 ver01

Dear Colleagues,

We just completed the full reconstruction launch over the PrimEx 2022-08 
data set. In total, it includes 1098 runs which we divided into 5 run 
blocks and processed locally at JLab. 99.6% of the jobs completed 
successfully and produced a total of 76,236 REST files using almost 
exactly 5M CPUh. More information on the production can be found on the
