[Halld-offline] Retirement of builds on /group

Dear Colleagues,

In order to make some space on the /group disk, we retired several old 
halld_sim and hdgeant4 builds today. Most of them were only used by 
outdated recon-compatible version sets. All of the packages are backed 
up on tape and can be easily brought back from here:

/cache/home/gluex/backups/releases/

You may find a full list of packages below. Feel free to report any issues.
