[Halld-offline] new 2025-01 skims with tracking on tape

Hi all,

As previously reported, we have been generating several skims for
calibrations and other studies in the counting house where the full
track reconstruction is being run.  There have been issues with
copying these files for tape, but they seem to be temporarily
resolved, and these skims through run 132982 are now available on
tape.  We'll keep on looking into the root cause of this problem, to
keep the skims coming.

You can find these skims in the directory
/cache/halld/RunPeriod-2025-01/calib/ver00

In the following subdirectories:
BCAL_pi0  FCAL_pi0  FCAL_pi0_outer  omega trd
