[Halld-offline] New version sets: version_7.2.0.xml

Dear Colleagues,

We built a new version set version_7.2.0.xml with updates for 
halld_recon, halld_sim, hdgeant4, gluex_MCwrapper and hd_utilities. It 
also includes minor modifications to the packages root, hddm and 
gluex_root_analysis. The version set was built on AlmaLinux9 and RHEL9 
as well as the AlmaLinux9 container and is the default version set at 
JLab from now on. It is intended to be used for the next REST production 
of Spring 2017 data.
