[Halld-offline] Monitoring Launch 2025-01 ver04

Dear Colleagues,

We completed a monitoring launch for the 2025-01 GlueX-II data set. We 
successfully reconstructed the first 5 files for 87 runs with the RCDB 
query "@is_dirc_production and status!=0". The list of runs starts with 
131593 after the full ECAL was correctly included into the trigger.

The usual monitoring plots can be found on the new PlotBrowser page:

All merged histogram files can be found on the work disk at:
/work/halld/data_monitoring/RunPeriod-2025-01/mon_ver04/rootfiles/

The REST files, random trigger skims and several root trees are saved on 
cache:
/cache/halld/offline_monitoring/RunPeriod-2025-01/ver04/REST/
