[Halld-offline] Wiki and website access

Dear Collaborators,

You may have experienced or heard about connectivity issues to our 
collaboration websites hosted by JLab. These issues go beyond our own 
server halldweb an the CST team is actively looking for long-term solutions.

Since our wiki pages are crucial for the productivity of our 
collaboration, CST made updated copies on the central server 
wiki.jlab.org. These two should already be accessible from off-site:

     https://wiki.jlab.org/halld/wiki/index.php?title=Main_Page

     https://wiki.jlab.org/halld/hdops/wiki/index.php/Main_Page

Please try it out and report any inconsistencies. However, please 
refrain to edit the pages for now as the copies cannot be synced with 
the ones on halldweb. In the near future, we try to map the new location 
to the old web address, such that all hard-coded links and bookmarks 
remain functional.

At the moment, the private wiki on the new server is not yet operational 
as the authentication needs special attention from cyber security. 
Please use VDI (https://vdi.jlab.org/) to  get access to it and all 
other websites from within our network.
