[Halld-offline] online skims with tracking (pi0, etc.)

Hi all,

Due to the heavy load on the farm these days, for the current run we
are planning on creating calibration skims that require tracking on
the new online farm nodes.  Currently, due to other requirements for
data taking, we are currently running these skims on two of these
nodes nodes (equivalent to the latest farm nodes), and will expand to
the available resources during long periods of beam downtime.  We plan
to run these over at least 20 files for each production run.

These files are starting to be accessible in the same directory as
other online skims:
/mss/halld/RunPeriod-2025-01/calib/ver00

These are the following tracking-based skims:
BCAL_pi0 - standard BCAL pi0 skim
FCAL_pi0  - standard FCAL pi0 sim
FCAL_pi0_outer  - new skim from Ilya for pi0 calibration for the outer
FCAL rings
omega - standard omega -> 3pi exclusive skim
trd - new skim from Ilya selecting events useful for the TRD

Please let me know if you have any questions, or any requests to add
to these skims.
