[Halld-offline] New version sets: version_6.6.0.xml (default) and version_7.0.0.xml (ROOT 6.32)

Dear Colleagues,

I just built an update version set version_6.6.0.xml. This fixes a small 
DSelector bug which caused an incompatibility with older trees. It also 
includes new releases for AmpTools, halld_recon, halld_sim, and 
hd_utilities. The version set was built on AlmaLinux9 and RHEL9 as well 
as the AlmaLinux9 container. It will become the default version set at 
JLab before midnight tonight.

Furthermore, I prepared the fist official version set built with ROOT 
6.32.08 and C++standard 20: version_7.0.0.xml
Besides the ROOT and hdds versions, it should be equivalent to 
version_6.6.0.xml.
It passed the b1pi test and the results did not show any differences 
with respect to 6.6.0.
I have not discovered any problems with this version set yet. Feel free 
to test it yourself!
