[Halld-offline] Monitoring Launch 2026-03 ver04

Dear Colleagues,

We processed another full monitoring launch for the 2026-03 Low Energy 
data set. We successfully reconstructed 5 files for the 411 production 
runs with the RCDB query "(daq_run=='PHYSICS_DIRC' or 
daq_run=='PHYSICS_DIRC_TRD') and beam_current > 10. and event_count > 
5000000 and solenoid_current > 100 and collimator_diameter != 'Blocking' 
and status!=0".
