[Halld-offline] New version sets: version_7.5.0.xml

Dear Colleagues,

A new version set was just released: version_7.5.0.xml. It features a 
few important updates:

* hdds and hdgeant4 are now built via cmake (requires build_scripts 2.46)

* halld_recon implementation of CPP trigger, fast tracking mode, bad hit 
class

* several new features in MCwrapper

The version set was built on AlmaLinux9 and RHEL9 as well as the 
AlmaLinux9 container and will become the default version set at JLab 
starting tonight.
