[Halld-offline] CPP: Monitoring Launch 2022-05 ver29

Dear Colleagues,

We just completed a quick monitoring launch for the 2022-05 CPP data 
set. We reconstructed 2 files for all 701 production runs with the RCDB 
query "@is_cpp_production and (status==1 or status==6)" which we intend 
to use for the full REST production. We also used the final jana 
configuration parameters.

The usual monitoring plots can be found on the PlotBrowser page:

All merged histogram files can be found on the work disk at:
/work/halld/data_monitoring/RunPeriod-2022-05/mon_ver29/rootfiles/

The REST files, skims and several root trees are saved on cache:
/cache/halld/offline_monitoring/RunPeriod-2022-05/ver29/
