Thanks for pointing this out.  I only shifted some runs by ~300 ps, to make the TAGH and PS reconstructed times line up - that looks smaller than some of the changes you show, so I?m not entirely sure what happened here.

Could you look at these times with respect to another RF time besides the PSC one, maybe the TAGH?
I?ve attached a couple plots from the current run (150528) that don?t look great compared to a previous run (121207).  Like Beni said in the meeting yesterday, the PSC RF signal doesn?t look very reliable.

In case we can?t figure this out, I can restore the previous calibrations.

Thanks for pointing this out.  I only shifted some runs by ~300 ps, to make the TAGH and PS reconstructed times line up - that looks smaller than some of the changes you show, so I?m not entirely sure what happened here.

Could you look at these times with respect to another RF time besides the PSC one, maybe the TAGH?
I?ve attached a couple plots from the current run (150528) that don?t look great compared to a previous run (121207).  Like Beni said in the meeting yesterday, the PSC RF signal doesn?t look very reliable.

In case we can?t figure this out, I can restore the previous calibrations.
