You select this via the JANA_CALIB_URL environment variable. The magnetic field map is now done as a JANA resource. The file name and (relative) directory location are obtained from the CCDB. If the file does not currently exist, then the URL (also obtained from CCDB) is used to download the file using CURL. This way, you can pre-load the resource file(s) if you want and web-access is then not required.
