you are correct in your assessment.<br>
We realized that the geometry file was wrong however because all
the calibrations already done assumed plane 0 to be the vertical
plane<br>
and plane 1 to be the horizontal plane we decided to change the
geometry file rather than all the calibration data in ccdb.<br>

to hdgeant4, and I noticed that there is a funny ordering of
the plane numbers in the TOF, with plane=0 being the
downstream one closest to the FCAL and plane=1 being the
upstream one. This means that particles see plane 1 before
they see plane 0. I noticed this, and thought it was a bug,
but it seems that it is the intended behavior. I just wanted
to make sure this is consistent with the reconstruction.</div>
