<p>I would use GitHub issues. I think the audience is broad enough.
And it has a more conversational orientation. If the discussion
should be broadened beyond those on GitHub, we can move
discussions to <a class="moz-txt-link-abbreviated" href="mailto:halld-offline@jlab.org">halld-offline@jlab.org</a> on a case-by-case basis. <br>
