<div>This release is the first release containing all of the code needed to use Justin's common beam properties class.  It is backwards compatible, but if you want to use these new features you will need to update to a later halld_sim.<br>

This release also includes a lot of changes to the autonomous running mainly to polish some things and to increase throughput and robustness in the face of I/O issues. Additionally, an rcdb query can be used for running in ranges and properly, pre generated

 files can now be fed to the system.  Finally, more autonomy has been given to the system including the ability to retry failed jobs up to n times.  This means the errant 1-2% of problems should be detected and corrected without human intervention.<br>

Finally, all web components are now in the repository.  Feel free to ignore them.</div>
