The description reads:<br>

Identical to versions in recon-2018_01-ver02_1.xml which was used
for reconstruction of Spring 2018 data at NERSC and JLab except
for an upgrade of the TPOL plug-in in halld_recon.<br>
<br>
recon-2018_08-ver02_1.xml is the candidate version set for
starting reconstruction of Fall 2018 data at NERSC.<br>
