<p>I asked Bryan if there is a recommendation on what an individual
user should do if he/she suspects a problem with their tape
request. His reply, FYI:</p>
<pre>For a suspected tape problem submitting a ServiceNow ticket is the best
path. We know how to find problem files, but filing a ticket would help
to prioritize which tapes to start a file recovery on.
