[Halld-online] Elog for Hall D coil test: HDCOILTEST

Hi,

Theo Larrieu, author of the Accelerator elog system, set up an elog for 
the Hall D solenoid coil test:

Have a look, and make an entry if you wish.  Compare to the Hall B elog 
if you are familiar with it.  Compare to other elogs if you have used 
any.  Then send me comments. 

We will evaluate this and other elogs some time in the future.  Hall D 
will need an operations elog plus a number of other logbook-like 
applications.  Actually they are all just database applications of 
various sorts.
