[Halld-online] Hall D Online meeting next week on Tues 8-Dec 1:30pm instead of Wed

Hi,

I've heard no objection to moving the Hall D Online meeting to Tues 
8-Dec 1:30 pm CC F326 from Wed at the same time, so it is now officially 
moved to that time/date.  Recall that there is a conflict with the 
Physics Holiday party on Wed.

I'll send out the agenda early next week.  One highlight will be William 
Gu telling us about his recent thoughts on the TI and TD boards.
