[Halld-online] caen HV power supplies

Hi Elliott,

 we own two CAEN 1527 High Voltage power supplies, one with LCD screen one
 without.
 Both main frames have rather old firmware running,  2.00.02 and 2.01.00
 respectively.
 The current firmware was issued in Mar. 2008 with version number 3.01.02
 Should we consider an upgrade of the firmware or should we wait till someone
 is really
 spending time on developing software for it?
