[Halld-online] No Hall D Online meeting this Wed

Hi,

Due to the lack of topics and the lack of participants, we will not have 
a Hall D Online meeting this Wed 4-Aug.

The next meeting will be Wed 18-Aug.  At that meeting Andrew and Justin 
will present a summary of their summer work.
