[Halld-online] Let's have a Hall D Online meeting this Wed

Hi,

Looks like enough people will be here this Wed, so we'll hold the Online 
meeting.

I'll get out an agenda today or tomorrow.  I'll report on the latest on 
Infiniband tests in the counting house, but the bulk of the meeting will 
be (as Hovanes suggests) an open discussion of where we are and what we 
need to do over the next few months.
