[Halld-online] Fwd: Electrical Specs and procurements

Hi Elliott,

Mark gave me a folder with specifications for a number of modules used 
in controls. He is collecting additional information and into a a single 
location which will be easily accessible in the future. This will also 
include all the cables used under controls.

I reviewed the specs on these modules with regards to EMC, both 
conducted and radiated noise. Unfortunately, none of these modules meets 
the requirements for Hall D. This is a serious issue and needs to be 
properly addressed due to the sensitivity of the detector readout 
electronics.
