[Halld-online] Hall D Online scripting doc

I read the "scripting" document but did not see which version of Python we
should use. It seems like Python is not backward-compatible and not 
forward-compatible,
Python 2.6 scripts and modules generally speaking won't run with Python 
3.1, and vice versa.
I have some scripts that run on 2.6, but very unlikely to run on 3.1 
without
quite a bit of effort.
