[Halld-online] Directory names in /gluex

Hi Alex,

I understand the need for holding off on minor changes when in the 
middle of something, but the changes I'm proposing should cause minutes 
of effort, not hours.  We implement similar minor directory hierarchy 
changes with some regularity.

Let me know when you are ready...
