[Halld-online] Turning off wireless and cell phone repeaters in Hall D

Hi Fernando,

I talked with Bryan Hess about this.  He assured me he has not forgotten 
about our request for the ability to turn off sources of RF in the hall 
remotely.  He is working out a scheme to allow operators to turn off 
both the wireless access point and the cell phone repeater at will, 
probably via a web page.

I told him the time has come to begin working on this, but nothing is 
urgent.  If you have a target date for when you need this to work, 
please let me and Bryan know.

Of course folks in the JLab Networking group can turn these devices on 
and off remotely now, what they will develop is a mechanism to allow 
Hall D operators to do the same.
