[Halld-online] Hall D online projects we can offload to other groups

Hi,

The major topic at the Wed 27-Feb Online meeting will be a discussion of 
projects we can offload to universities and outside groups (e.g. the 
JLab DAQ group).

A big concern is that so many online projects require being at JLab 
since they are intimately connected to the online hardware and software, 
and universities often cannot station personnel here for long periods 
(e.g. >4 months).  This is not a concern, of course, for the DAQ group.

The goal is to eventually come up with a list of suitable projects.  
With luck some university groups will become interested and take some on.
