[Halld-online] Online servers

Hello onliners,

We are in process of spec-ing the servers needed for Hall D Online .
These are rack-mountable servers (similar to Dell R210 II, Quad Core 
Xeon, 16GB RAM)
that will be located in the racks of Hall D counting house. The servers 
for L3 prototype
and the servers for EMUs (event builders and event recorder)
are not part of these. Also not in this list is a server that may be need
for EPICS archiver and managed by the accelerator. Dave and I compiled
a list of such servers, six in total so far, but we probably missed some.
Here is the list with their main functionalities. If you see something that
we missed, or have a suggestion, please let us know. When suggesting a new
server node, please sent us some information about what is needed in 
such a machine.

1 server:	MySQL server for DAQ configuration, conditions, and other online databases

1 server:	Web server, online wiki, WebOPI, and other web based applications

1 server:	ROOTSpy, Event display

1 server:	Full data reconstruction to monitor spectra "online"

1 server:	Linux-based EPICS IOCs

1 server: 	EPICS gateway
