[Halld-online] Last on JLAB VME Module Data Format

Hi,

I understand we now have reached agreement on the VME front-end board 
readout format for all JLab boards, see Dave A's and Ed J's revised 
document attached.  This revision resolves some concerns by Ben R.

Note that many boards have not implemented this format yet, but will by 
the time Hall D receives the boards and needs to read them out.  Note 
also that some older board versions may not implement this format and 
will need to be upgraded.
