Hi Elliott,

The location of the racks in the upstream area under the platform is not 
finalized due to a number of mechanical constraints. The ACC rack has 
been moved close to the U wall.

Are there any constraints on the location of the patch panel? I will let 
you know where the fiber patch panel needs to be installed once you tell 
me such constraints, if any.
