[Halld-online] DAQ node assignments for detector groups

Hi All,

  I just wanted to send a reminder that we have a list of node assignments on the wiki that
should serve as a guide to detector groups on where to run their DAQ systems. The page
is linked below. These should be considered suggestions to help keep us from stepping on
each others toes rather than hard and fast rules. Please note that I made a few modifications,
including adding assignments for the tagger, PS, TOF, and Start Counter.

Also, as part of the large scale DAQ testing, we are going to need to pull some hardware 
used for the high speed ethernet connections from gluon46, gluon48, and gluon51. These
will be reconfigured to use a 1GB ethernet connection for the DAQ (135) network so they will
still work just fine for current purposes.
