[Halld-online] Online meeting + Mantis BT

Hi All,

  There is a lot of activity expected tomorrow afternoon during our regularly scheduled meeting time
as we prepare to take beam again. The critical path items will be covered during the 8:45 RC meeting
so I’m going to cancel the Online meeting.

 On another note, I would like to request people start using the Hall-D Mantis Bug Tracker system
to report and track issues. Numerous things have come up during the run so far and
it is becoming really difficult to keep up with them all. The Mantis system was designed to
handle this. You can get to the system at the link below. Select the “Hall D Online" project from
the menu at the top right-hand side.

I’ve closed out several old items already and we may need to close out some more to get a “clean”
list again. Let me know if you have any trouble with it.
