[Halld-online] Online meeting Jan 29, 2014

Heyes Graham heyes at jlab.org
Fri Jan 24 10:46:53 EST 2014

Hi,
I also agree with the suggestion to have more focussed meetings. I had a hard time going to the old meetings since they were a “catch all” for a lot of things not directly related to the DAQ. One thing that is needed, and maybe this has been discussed internally to GLUEX, is someone who “owns the DAQ”. Who do I talk to to make sure that GLUEX gets from where you are now to a DAQ that can take production data as efficiently as possible and making most effective use of my group? I suggest that all of this should the focus of next week’s meeting, i.e. where do we go from here?

There 10c worth!
	Regards,
		Graham

We can discuss these and how to move forward at the regularly scheduled Online meeting on Wednesday next week. I have put up a wiki page with a preliminary agenda. If you have anything you'd like to report on or discuss please add it to the agenda or send it me and I'll add it.
