[Halld-online] Large Scale DAQ testing complete for today

Hi David, ON-Liners,

I understand that the global DAQ tests are on-going and after I read the 
email below I checked the Hall D log.  Presumably these global DAQ tests 
are at low rate with a focus on data transfer from the ROCS-->EB  etc.  
May be a good idea to add a Hall D_DAq log (there were many other 
specific sub-system logs) where test setup parameters/overview, 
performance and issues can be listed.
