[Halld-online] DAQ Testing nodes

Hi All,

 In order to give the DAQ group similar exclusive access to some EMU nodes for testing, I have 
added a “DAQ Testing” category to the wiki page linked below. I’ve reserved gluon46 and gluon53
for their use for the time being. If you need to use these for some reason, please coordinate with
the DAQ group.
