[Halld-online] MyaViewer and MYA tools

Hi,

MYA tools and MyaViewer for the accelerator EPICS archiver has been 
installed
on the gluon-cluster. To view the history of the archived EPICS 
variables type
"MyaViewer" at linux prompt. To print the history of an EPICS variables 
on the
terminal you can use "myget" executable. You can type "myget -help" to 
get guidance
on how to use that command line tool.
