[Halld-online] Update to JANA and sim-recon on gluon cluster

Hi Dmitry,

  The update is already finished (it only took a few minutes). It will not be a problem to update things again with CCDB 1.02. Especially since it sounds like a fairly minor change compared to the change from 0.9 to 1.01.
