[Halld-online] [GlueX] EPICS events in data stream

Dave,
This message is just a placeholder, as I don't know yet what the best
format for this information will be (number of bytes, variables to store,
frequency) but I would like there to be a regular storage of the active
collimator beam offsets and total current to the event stream.
