[Halld-online] proposed power outage

Hi Onliners,

there is proposed power outage for one of the
power panels in the counting house that feeds the
racks in the counting house.

The outage is planned for March 13, between 6am and 8am.
The UPS will not lose power, so all equipment that is on UPS should be 
unaffected.
This outage will shut off non-UPS power to all the rack power strips. 
Most likely consequence
will be loss of power to the NIM, VME/VXS, MPOD crates and switches in 
the racks on the
left side of the rack room which are not on UPS now. The computer 
servers on UPS are
obviously expected to stay on. The console desktops are not expected to 
be affected as well.

Let me know if this will pose any problem that require rescheduling.
