[Halld-online] Cleanup of hdops account

Hi All,

  Just a heads up that I cleaned up the home directory of the hdops account a bit. There seemed to be a lot of files in the home directory that were a bit old and seemed unlikely to be in use. A few were deleted outright, but most were moved into a directory called "junk" whose current contents are listed below.If any of these files are still needed, please go ahead and move them to an appropriate location. Items left in the junk directory will be deleted at an as-of-yet-unnamed date in the future.
