[Halld-online] EVIO recompiled with debug symbols

Hi All,

  I just recompiled EVIO in the CODA 3.02 directory to include debugging symbols.
I’ve been getting several reports of crashes and when I go to investigate, all I see
is that the issue is deep inside the evio library. In general, I would encourage
everyone to always include debugging symbols in production code unless there
is a really, really, really good reason not to.
