[Halld-online] Automated logbook entries

Dear Onliners,

  I have implemented automated e-log entries from our DAQ system whenever a new
run is started from the hdops account. These go into a dedicated e-log “HDRUN”
so as not to clutter the other human-made logbook entries in “HDLOG”. Please have
a look at an entry using the link below and send me any feedback. Particularly any
important information that could be added.

n.b. Currently entries are being made as author “nerses” because his e-log certificate is
installed on the hdops account. We’re working on getting a new certificate generated for
“hdops”  and will install it once it becomes available.
