[Halld-online] [Halld-trigger] Gluon40 is down

Hi Alex,

  This is my fault. I was seeing messages like the ones below and asked Paul
to have a look. He said he needed to run some RAM tests that required
rebooting the computer and running for 24 hours. I didn’t realize anyone
was using it. I’ll make sure to check around next time before giving the
go ahead. Sorry for the trouble.
